Operating Principles of The Commerce Company
As with any corporation, the primary legal responsibility of the officers and
directors is to their fiduciary duty to the company and its shareholders. Beyond
this basic tenet of all corporations, the management of The Commerce Company have
also developed an additional set of objectives for the Company that comprise its
founding operating principles. These principles represent the basis for
The Commerce Company's culture.

founding operating principles without profit.

The Commerce Company is committed to using automation and the Internet in
achieving its mission. By meeting its operational goals, the company expects
to provide excellent customer satisfaction measured by the ability to
encourage and generate business for its affiliate partners and successfully
connect Commerco portal guests to those partners.
- Attracting and retaining excellent employees
Commerco management understands that through a commitment to its first two operating
principles it will have an ongoing need to retain new employees. Employees of
the company are expected to internalize the company's operating principles. The
company understands both its obligation to grow and to develop its employees to
further promote these principles.
